Did you say she had a snuffley cold last week.....? Any temperature at all over the last few days? I'm no expert but it could be chicken pox..... Maybe you should call the nursery first & see if they have any other cases?
Or failing that, are you using Frontline on Lewis yet? Cos its that time of year when fleas start jumping & she's at cat-height.....
