I just filled out an application on line for Woolworths Store Manager.
I'd enjoy that...fingers crossed.

I love my purple (it apparently knocks 10 years off me), but I think peeps at school think I'm having a mid life crisis :rotfl:
Not many realise my crisis was when I was just plain brown n grey, I'm back to me old self now

I'm going to go for it. It's nothing exciting - chestnut brown, it will probably be close-ish to my natural colour. The worst thing is brushing my hair through, it's like trying to pull a rake through a bale of hay, it gets so knotted between washes.
The red and brown highlights have long faded and I just have lots of blonde ones which look a bit straw like. I also have a few more greyhairs than I realised when I pulled some of the top sections apart.
I'd like to have it all dyed a chestnut colour with some bright auburn/bronze packets at the front but I can't really afford it. Although saying that, if I volunteer as a model with the students at work doing their training it costs very little, but I'm still not sure about that!
I was chatting to a hairdressing tutor the other day and said 'I might have my hair cut with a student' and her eyes lit up 'oooh, yes - we don't get many people with long hair'.............gulp.......is that because they now all have short hair? I thought........

There's not an age too old for purple hair. The youngsters have streaks, and the oldies have a purple rinse..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)
