Help - Lost Email Address!

I need to email someone who gave me their email address last week. They have emailed me already and I have sent them one too but their address hasn't been added to my list of contacts. Ive deleted these messages and now can't find the bit of paper I wrote the email address on! Is there any way of finding it on my computer? Is there an archive of messages anywhere?

Depends upon what e mail client you use , But first check would be the sent items folder in the left window.
Plus you should have a deleted items folder in the same window .

If you've deleted the sent messages, and also emptied the delete items, then it's unlikely...

You could try logging into your account with your ISP via webmail to see if the persons reply is still on your server.

If the person works for a company, you probably know the last part of the address: companyname.com, so find a contact on their website and ask for the person's email address...

Thanks for your replies. Luckily the lady rang me again and I was able to get her email and phone number from her again! I won't lose them this time!
