I don't have a loft or an attic but I do have a cellar
It's full to bursting and there are even bikes down there. It's so bad I had to invest in a shed earlier this year. I do keep decluttering but every time my parents arrive on a Friday morning they bring yet more stuff
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

I agree with the sentiment that you fill whatever space you have available. We have done major declutters on several occasions but still have lots of stuff hanging around just in case it comes in handy LOL..0

Does someone want to come and clear out my cupboards so that I have room to do more OS things??
Please!0 -
Oh TELL me about it! I'm a lodger in the larger bedroom of a 2 bedroom house. I'm a clutter monster (always think things will come in handy) and housemate/landlord owns a second hand CD shop which means that the whole house except for my room is an unofficial stockroom...
I keep the (tiny) kitchen reasonably tidy but take up acres of cupboard space with non-perishable food and gadgets like my slow cooker, and freezer space with all the stuff i pick up for next to nothing on its sell by date
Anyway I have to go, because de-cluttering (of my room, in which I am currently unable to see much of the floor) was the one item on today's agenda...Operation Get in Shape

A shed was the best investment we made moggins, and an electrician
A smallish shed now holds a mower, tools (too many) but managed to get the freezer and tumble dryer in it
Still minimal room in the kitchen thoughlol
