I live and work on yacht, and spend my life traveling around the world.
As a diligent British resident, I submitted my P85 to the IR and declared myself as non-resident, not ordinarily resident such that my income may be brought into the UK tax free.
However, with this tax status, am I still eligible to open and save within UK based accounts?
Or should I be looking to the offshore providers for the best legitimate return on my income?
All ideas, thoughts, and musings welcome.
Regards from the Pacific Ocean,
Owen
