Is anyone else experiencing the massive security breach with Talktalk?
It is not possible to change your password. When contacting Talktalk they say they are aware of the problem and simply reset your password to 123456 which is supposed to be a temporary issue.
However, it is not possible to then change the password from 123456. Apparently, they've reset the password on many accounts automatically.
So anyone who knows your e-mail address stands a reasonable chance of being able to access your Talktalk account, see your Direct Debit details and all calls you've made etc.
Has anyone had any success in getting them to address this issue? I first reported it to them on 4th March and the problem remains.
