Having read the blurb I'm not sure you need them to be honest.
Pick up a cheap web host that uses fantastico or something similair and you will be able to easily install PHPbb or something similair yourself, it's pretty easy to do0 -
Are you looking to host the forum on your domain or are you happy for it to be on a subdomain?
If you have your own domain look for CEA Direct on ebay, they are Heart Internet resellers and have one click phpbb3 and a couple of others.
If you dont mind it being on a subdomain I can set you one up for free! The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.
