I have just been onto the tax credits website DO I QUALIFY as it is now giving full years tax credit amounts with it being the start of the tax year .
Our circumstances are the same as last years so i put the figures in but it is showing we will get about £80 per month more .I am wondering why this is i hope it is right .
Do tax credit go up every april i thought they just stayed the same if your cicumstances stay the same .

I put my details in, i have 3 kids and both of us are working and it's giving OH an extra £14 pw child tax credits.
Can't see that being right!!!
p.s Started work nov '07,just gone on again to try, I put in income but not JSA as it doesn't ask9Only for employee earnings) and it come out as £6810 child tax and £3397 working tax.
Re-entered with jobseekers as income and it still says £6810 for child and £2400 for working.Forums can be/are a good guide to entitlement and it is good practice to back it up with clarification from the relevant department/specialist with written confirmation to safeguard yourself.0
