With the LEA bit - I think the only extra bit you might be entitled to might be adult dependent grant if you don't already get it. However, if you didn't get it before because his earnings were too high before the job ended it is highly likely you still won't qualify because it it based on income and outgoings for the academic year - as the academic year is almost over your income over this period might not be low enough for you to qualify this year.

NB If you weren't already getting full support for the rest of this you might be due a reassessment but the ADG is all I think might possibly be helpful to you this academic year.

With 08/09 - assuming he is still out of work- I don't think a current income assessment would help you because you already get full support, but again uit may be worth applying for ADG.
BUT!!
A word of warning - if you apply for Parent Learning allowance, Childcare, ADG on estimates for the 08/09 academic year based on him not working & then he gets a job you MUST update your estimates with the LEA when the change happens. If you don't, when they get the evidence of the actual figures at the end of the academic year you will have been overpaid and have to pay it back.
