Alternative to ATM withdrawals?

in Credit cards
In the 'Credit Card Re-shuffle' article it was mentioned not to use hole in the wall withdrawals as they are hugely expensive. Does anyone know of any alternatives?

If you want to get money off your credit card and into your bank balance read about SBTs. Start by clicking on the "Super BTs" link in the blue box above.
It doesn't apply to debit cards, of course. You can take money out of a machine (usually) free with them.0
