best place to get a professional translation for divorce...

my mum is tryign to deal with financial settlement of her divorce. they were getting divorced in france. the partner has been pretending he lives in the uk one minute then in france the next to suit the divorce so been very hard for my mum (she had bene trying to get divorced for 10 years) divorce through but the financial settlement still not sorted. anyway the courts have condemned him to pay out some money which of course he has not done so she now needs to get her french court order translated into english that she can present over here. what is the cheapest /best way to get a translator (only one A4 sheet). apparently this must be done by a certified translator or sometihng. any tips welcome. thanks!

Alternatively you could contact the French Consulate in London and ask them to give you a list of their certified translator - which knowing what French bureaucracy is like is the route I would take. It should cost no more than £50 and this is a generous estimate!

Yes it went perfectly I contacted them and asked them if they could do it they emailed back and said yes and could I provide a copy of what was to be translated I scanned my marriage certificate into the computer attatched it to an email and sent it they quickly gave me a quote and I gave them permission to go ahead as I said I paid extra for them to send it special delivery I had to pay the bill before they translated which I did online securely was about £30.
The translation was with me inside a week I was really happy with the service they provided me with and I have used it for my new passport who are very strict on them being up to scratch all in all I really can't recommend them high enough (and no I have no connection to them other than as a customer) like I say that was purely through recommendation on here.
