Squeezing extra discount from hotel suppliers.
Sometimes the very best prices from suppliers on the likes of hotelscomparison.com , travelsupermarket.com and hotelscombined.com and Kelkoo can be squeezed down up to a further 27.5% by combining Quidco.com cashback, credit card cashback and discount codes via hotukdeals.com/
Simply log into your Quidco account, navigate to the supplier ie hotelopia. Choose your accom, and at booking stage add any discount code you find. These vary but have been as much as 15% in the past.
Normally the price is adjusted right away, and you are also credited cashback through quidco.Example
Hotel price £200
up to 15% discount code = £170
You pay £170 with 5% cashback credit card
Savings
discount with code @ £30
+
5% cashback @ £8.50
+
10% Quidco cashback @ £17
= £55.50 saved = 27.5%
Many people also search for travelrepublic.co.uk discount codes. These are only occasionally available and have a limited timespan but can give discounts of up to 7.5% on an already competitive price.
What a lot of people don't know, is Travel Republic also trade under greatlatedeals.co.uk and they are featured on Quidco.
So if you cant find a code, you can at least get 5% cashback. If you can find a code, even better, you get discount +cashback !
You can really squeeze the last drop of value by paying it with a cashback credit card. This can be as much as another 5% saving,(provided you pay off the balance in full)
For all the latest credit card offers I recommend Martin Lewis's moneysavingexpert.com
