help please

i've put new ink cartridges into my epsom cx3200 all in one printer and i'm getting no black ink printing and just pink coming from the colour. anyone know what is wrong. thanks for any help.

Did you make sure the cartridges were in correctly, and that the ink 'charged' after installation. Also cleaning the printheads sometimes helps. Hope this helps

thanksfor your reply. yes i did this and still only pink ink. when i tried to print directions i only got the symbols down the side ie left right etc and nothing else.i wasted 50%of my black ink yesterday cleaning it. i thought it was faulty so i took it back and got another one.

The ink jet nozzles do dry out if not if you do not print something weekly.
Did you remove any sealing tape before fitting. I now prefer to print from a laser, in black only, far sharper image quality, why do colour, and it only gets binned anyway.

no tapes to remove.i just have to pierce the top.
