We had a bet a while back. Basically the terms were that if the property market went to hell in a hand basket he'd pay some cash (£10/£100, can't remember) to a charity of my choosing, if it didn't I'd pay the same to a charity of his choice.

I just remembered the bet and GG has changed his mind about the future of house prices in the UK and I was wondering if he wanted to pay up now or if he would prefer to go through the tedious process of waiting for me to be proven correct.

I'm hardly think that you can use a place in Hartlepool as a benchmark, Gorgeous, I'm mean have you every been to Hartlepool, you can't really call it 'normal'?
