    I entered papier at about 2pm and it worked ok for me, I was using IE7.

    Remember the T&Cs say they've to be entered in lower case, which is a bit strange when it changes them to mixed case when it accepts the answer.

    try typing it in with a capital P = Papier , I did and it accepted it - at last. Good luck
