How to stop Utility Manager loading at startup

I made the mistake of pressing Windows logo + U which bought up the Utility Manager (XP). The Narrator immediately started working. This is good software but I don't need it. I unticked all the boxes and closed the Utility Manager, but it pops up on every shut down, and loads on every startup. How can I disable the automatic startup?

If you go into start then look for start up and see if the program is in thereNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20
