Halifax online banking Easycash Account

I've just opened a joint easycash account with the Halifax and have deposit £10 and had my card activated in branch, my husband is yet to activate his card. I have registered for online banking and have got my username and password. However it signs me in fine and shows me my e-mail address but doesn't show my account, I have tried the add account facility and it says it has a problem adding this account. Any Ideas? Could it be because my husbands card isn't activated.

I had problems adding my accounts to Halifax online banking. I tried a few times over a few days and I kept getting the same message. I had to phone them, and they did something, they asked me to try adding again and it worked. So give them a call.0

Thanks for that - I rang them yesterday and they pressed a few buttons their end and hey presto i could add my account.0
