Specialist Cars of Stevenage, a BMW main agent, recently sent me a letter offering what they make out to be a good deal - "used cars at cost (plus a handling fee)".
Yes, plus a handling fee. Why do people like this think we are so stupid. They could have written:
"Used cars at cost (plus our normal profit)".
