A silly woman got a brand new £60 jacket for £16
She is complaining that it has a loose gold thread.
It was folded in tissue paper and carefully packaged
She is complaining that it arrived wrinkled and that I should have packaged it so that the RM couldn't crease it
She is complaining that she paid too much for it at £16
What do these people want - blood?

The jacket wasn't creased when it was packaged for posting.
RM took three days to deliver a first class recorded delivery parcel.
The only way to get anything uncreased or with fold lines is to deliver it by hand on a hanger!0 -

I think that the likelihood is that she doesn't like the jacket or it doesn't fit her so they start and make up any excuse possible to get a refund.

Now I KNOW that the Buyer got a fabulous deal!
I bought the jacket and never wore it - then losing over 9 stones in weight and several dress sizes it was too big for me.
The Buyer now wants a £10 refund since the jacket needs ironing!!
