My printer does not print everything esp from the internet e.g I printed a map and there were loads of faded print hardly visible. If I print my internet account statement, the account number is missing etc. The problem seems to be articles from the internet if I print documents from word it seems ok. Thanks

Is it just some of the colours that don't print? If so, you need a new colour cartridge I would think.******** Never be a spectator of unfairness or stupidity *******"Always be calm and polite, and have the materials to make a bomb"0

It sounds like your cartridges need cleaning. What type of printer is it?
Most inkjet type printers have an option to do a print test and or clean the cartridges.
I tend to use mine mainly for letters i.e. black, so when I do from time to time use the colour, I very often have to give them a clean first.0
