Hey again,
Spoke to my mum who offered me her 0% BT card for 14 months to use just incase MBNA said no... I then phoned MBNA back asking to reduce the percentage blah blah, or I will close the account, blah blah.. Basically they said 'go on then' I asked if I could be put through to the closure dept (!?) and they said, 'no I can do it. I will send you a letter in the post to confirm closure'. That was that. No offers, nothing!
Thanks goodness I had my mums card!!!!!!0 -
Looks like they're clawing back in their money as hubby also got a letter saying it was going up to 5% of the balance. Luckily he's actually in credit by £6 thanks to a timely balance traansfer but others won't be so fortunate...0
