I wouldn't say its as "outstanding" as quoted. Its a decent laptop for the price yes but I think you're paying a lot for the look as well...
I havent' compared yet, But I'd advise you to find a laptop of similar price and compare all specifications ranging from memory, to graphics card etc...[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

I went and had a look assuming that it would be a ripoff, but I have to say that it looks good. I'm not all that up on 'ultraportable' type laptops but it appears to have a decent spec. 512MB RAM is good, the ATi integrated graphics actually can cope with 3D to a certain extent, it has a high resolution screen and a dual layer DVD burner, and the processor is plenty fast. It apparently comes with two batteries too.
From what I could find googling for cyton tcm edition the lappy appears to be a medion of some description. It may be possible to get it cheaper from another vendor.
Edit: further googlism suggests that Medion rebadge Acer laptops (possibly other manufacturers too). I'm checking to see if it's an Acer now.
Further edit: I drew a blank in the end- no idea who makes it
