recieved a letter from hsbc about a new arrangement for our overdraft

Has anyone else recieved a letter today about thier existing overdraft fee? they are saying the limit wont change but a fee will be applied for use of it.
I have had the overdraft for a while using it frequently but frequently clearing it as well.
does this mean that i will be charged the £25 for having the overdraft in place?
from thier website: You will not have to pay for your first agreed overdraft request (formal or informal) in any six-month period. Each further agreed request in a six-month period may incur an arrangement fee

You won't charged if you don't change the Overdraft Limit & stay within it when using it.
