Posting a DVD to USA

Hi.

i am currently selling a DVD on ebay and someone from america wants to know if il post there. never done it before.. How much should i allow to post?

I charge £2.80 for a dvd to the USA or anywhere else in the world apart from Europe which is £2.30.
The actual postal cost is about £2, the extra covers you for envelope, paypal fees, etc. On the envelope to the USA, you will need to mark "small packet" at the top, put an airmail sticker on the front, and a customs label on front or back, get these at the post office. Write on it 'dvd', the date, the value, ie £5, tick 'gift' box, and then sign. All done!

There's a very handy section on the Royal Mail website for this kind of thing. Enter country, weight, and then it shows you the price to post. Can also be used for valuing post in the UK.
