The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.</TD></TR><TR vAlign=top><TD>6</TD><TD>Prize draw entry dates are from 1st April to 13th May 2008 inclusive making forty-three (43) days. Entries to the prize draw will be accepted (subject to these terms and conditions) until 11:59pm, inclusive, on 13th May 2008. Ten randomly selected entrants, out of the 250 randomly chosen names, will have £100 of Topshop vouchers placed in their goody bag.</TD></TR><TR vAlign=top><TD>9</TD><TD>All prize winners will be notified within twenty-eight (28) days of the competition closing via the contact details provided on their entry to request details of where to send their prize. Once an address has been received from the winner details of the prize the goody bag will be sent out within seven (7) days of receiving this. If after seven (7) days of being contacted the chosen winner has not replied with the requested details of where to send their prize details then a new winner will be chosen from all other entries. The initial winner will be no longer be entitled to their prize or any alternative.</TD></TR><TR vAlign=top><TD>10</TD><TD>The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
