Stupid Question - Forgotten username

I joined Orange BB and VOIP box thingy . It arrived today, and seems to be jolly good. I had to call for assistance, as I had forgotten my username'email address. My call was answered very quickly, and the help was straightforward, and speedy, costing me not too much in call time.
As you can see, I'm now online, and even the network has been established (to those of you who know stuff, this may not seem much). Anyhoo, I still can't remember the name I'd chosen when I joined up, and what I wrote down when the nice man guided me through the process, doesn't work.
Is there any way of locating it online? Would I have been sent an email confirming it all, though I've checked old and deleted mail?

I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

When you say it doesn't work, what do you mean? Are you trying to setup an email account in Outlook?
You've answered your own question really, the only people who can give you your username and password are the ISP.

You could log into your orange live box, and check it's internet connection username (the password will be blanked out.)
You internet is working, so the correct username and password must be saved on it.
Open a browser, and type 192.168.1.1 in as if it was a web address.
login: admin
password: admin
Navigate through the menus to find your internet connection settings.
