loging on mse time

every time i log on to this site the mse clock goes back 2 hours and i am having problems sorting it out anyone have an idea?
All times are GMT -1. The time now is 5:31 PM.
(this is what is shown on my pc now)
but when i log off it reverts to normal time !!!

Yeah, click the "User CP" button up above, then select "Edit Option" on left hand side, then scroll down to Date & Time options, and set your time zone.
