If a rented flat is available from 11 April, when are tenants likely to move out?

I know that the flat below me is available for rent on 11 April, so I was really hoping that my antisocial, get up at 5pm and shout/throw things/play loud music til 8am neighbours might have gone today. No such luck so far. Don't letting agents need to have some time in between lets to check them and do any maintenance? I know every agent will be different, but please someone tell me I might not have to put up with them another week?

It should be 10 April is their last day.
Advertising available from 11 April is a potential move in date for the new person.
I was lucky, same date for me and my upstairs laminate floor clompers ... and up/down the stairs in clompy boots neighbours... but they moved out last weekend.
Firstly there might not be any maintenance, secondly a new tenant is probably unlikely to want to move in that soon and there will be 1-2 weeks for checks etc. New tenants might be living elsewhere so have to give a month's notice.0 -
P.S. If you're lucky of course, they might be getting the keys to their new place tomorrow

Thanks for that - suppose hoping it was today was too good to be true. Anyway, I've put up with them for 51 weeks, so I suppose an extra 1 won't kill me (or them if I lose it
