I adored the old couple with the Huf Haus and the man with the tiny little bit of land in Peckham. And the water works with the Mini for a table.
Wha happened to the man who didn't finish his house because he kept breaking his limbs? Jolly looking man. His family were living in a caravan.
I liked the Huf Haus couple too. And I was quite taken by the Huf Haus concept and even loaded the website for a quick look.
From what I've seen of German kit houses, that might really be the way for me to go when I want to buy a house. If I could get a plot in the right area, just get the Germans in. Proper job. Done to schedule. I'd get one of those home offices in the corner of the site and live in that while the build was going on. I'm not proud.
I've not seen a limb breaker. That's sad. It's people like that that I'd like to help if I won the mega millions on the Lottery ever. Find nice people who were just not quite making things work ... and send them a cheque.0 -
was that the 'chiswick' one ?
he popped up on quite a few forums
Cheeky sod. If you put yourself in the public domain doing that you're clearly a smug and arrogant tw4t... and deserve all you get.0 -

Might as well try to keep as many links as possible together.0 -
If so, agents quoted about £800k, £900k and £1.1 million at the time.
They stuck it on at £1.3million.
I see it's come down by a gnat's gonad now
Didn't like them. She was just barking.0 -

If no one wants your house after it appearing on prime time national tv, wouldn't you worry?

He piles in at post 236 or summit, I keep forgetting. It was two weeks after the program went out - Lord knows even we'd stopped talking about it by then!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

There isn't a decent sized bedroom in the entire house
£1.2 million for a 13'x12' square master bedroom? My son's bedroom is that big!
Was it the one with the doors too? Please tell me it was the one with the doors. She had a door in the hallway that went nowhere at all because she thought the symmetry was nice. That is truly my favourite PL moment!
I really need to go to bed.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
