Got 100k in buisiness bank account...should I get a better deal on a personal account

Hi All,

Heres a question,

I have 2 business accounts with Lyodstsb, one has £95k and the other £11k. There both there basic business accounts, I was worndering if theres a better account out there for buisiness purposes (I only pay a few cheques in a months...1 or 2, but normaly there for a few £1000 at a time). Im not sure of the intrest rates Im getting on these as my accounts are with my accoutant at the moment...but I suspect there there standard account for business.

Also, with that in mind...should I ask for better intrest rates if/when I open a persinal account with Lloyds, or is that unresonable?

Anyone have any advice?

cheers

    HBOS

    http://www.totalbusinessaccount.co.uk/

    Base Rate + 0.25% for a year
Then Base rate for 2 years
Then Base Rate - 0.75% for 2 years

So a 5 year rate guarantee.

Fixed fee of 30p per credit or debit.

So you'd earn £100 a week in interest for your company here! Part of its taxable profits of course.
