ms word dictionary - has disappeared

My Main dictionary in MS Word seems to have disappeared, Spellcheck is underlining words such as ‘office’ ‘flowers’ ‘flat’ ‘fleece’ as incorrect. If I try to add them to the dictionary it says ‘The Custom dictionary is full, the word was not added’.
Now when trying to access the spellcheck I get the message – The custom dictionary Docs and Settings\Application Data\… is not available.
Does anyone know what is going on here? Help would be much appreciated.

Put your Office/Worksuite CD in. Setup should come up, and if you select Word, there should be an option to repair the installation, see if that helps.0
