I have an alliance leicester card and virgin card both run by MBNA. Dont think MBNA run abbey cards.
I came into this world with nothing and I'm gonna leave with nothing.

The amount lenders will lend depends on your credit profile. There is a poll on the stoozing website where people have voted for the cards which have given them the highest limits.

MBNA used to run the Abbey card so if you applied for it a few years ago, then it will be an MBNA card. Any new Abbey cards are run by Abbey themselves. MBNA are usually OK about you having a couple of their cards but you won't be able to Balance Transfer between them. It may also be worth calling Abbey because they had some very good offers for Abbey/MBNA card users who swapped their Abbey/MBNA cards for straight Abbey cards.
