Pre-paid credit card and online gambling

Hi,
I sometimes sign up for internet gambling sites in order to take advantage of the quidco cashback but I haven't done this since I realised that MBNA was charging me £3 per payment.
If I got a prepaid credit card, because I'd only be spending my own money would this still be an issue?
A while back on the Jeremy Vine show, Martin Lewis mentioned a card that's designed for online use because it uses different details per use (memory a little hazy here). Does anyone know the name of this card?
