does anybody know about this extraordinary claim, I'm sure it is one of the scum scheme.

If the seller can find that information on the net so can you, try the usual search engines and discount flight places, that will be all you get for your 99p.

I found a trick with these "Get rich quick" things and "Best information on eBay" auctions. 9/10 in the listing there is a quote. if you copy the quote and paste into google. you get the information for free!
Unfortunately this auction hasnt got a quote in it
