Childrens savings accounts

Hi can anybody tell me the best childrens savings accounts that are available.
My children are 5 and 2 and are currently with lloyds bank.
They get hardly any interest but only have a few hundred pounds in their bank accounts.
Is there a better account to switch to for them where i still have control.

My son has a Smart Account with Nationwide, it pays 5.45% gross.0
