Savings Account Instead of Pet Insurance

I want to start a savings account for my new pup instead of paying pet insurance. I'd like to put £50 a month away, but don't need instant access as immediate vet's bills will be paid by credit card. Can anyone suggest an account with a decent interest rate where I can get the money out in 30 days and it's all done by 'phone or internet as my working hours and location make it difficult to get to a branch during their very limited opening hours.
