right, then I'd contact your host as it sounds like your website might have been compromised0

It's trivially easy to change the "from" field in an email to anything the spammer would like. It's fairly common for spam to appear to be sent from your own email address/domain. I think the reasoning is that you're more likely to look at something if it appears to have been emailed internally, and your spam filter is less likely to block it than if it came from an unrecognised address.
As Aliktren suggests, it might be worth contacting your web host to make sure your site hasn't been hacked, but I suspect you've just been the target of malicious spam.0 -
You could also ask if your host can limit the email addresses allowed through to what you use - sales@ , enquiries@, etc. I found that this stopped a lot of spam addressed to odd email addresses at my domain. A lot of these like yours appeared to be coming from me but the site apparently had not been compromised (I hope!).0

I have my domain name registered through uk2.net, they were very good when I had a similar problem. Basically, a lot (and I mean a !!!!!! load) of spam mails had gone out from somewhere with a return path of my domain, so I was getting bounce backs and undelivered stuff. UK2 setup a spam bin, so anything coming to my domain name that wasn't either webmaster or Mark etc, went straight into the bin at their end. I didn't need to do anything

Also, try using a spam filter on your pc's. I've not long started using Cactus spam filter, free download from MajorGeeks.com (excellent site, loads of good freebie software) as you can train it to what's good/spam and it helps, as you can delete most of the spam without even having to open it, even in the preview pane.
Also, does your ISP have it's own free AV and spam progs you can use, before anything even gets to your pc ??......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple
