Cardiff Sat May 10th - What's going on?

Hey all
Can anyone tell me if there is a big event (sport/concert etc) going on in Cardiff on May 10th?
Have been invited to a hen do up there on that date and looking for cheap bog standard hotel for the night in centre and there seems to be nothing available!
Tried travelodge/etap etc and they fully booked.
Ibis is available but the reviews are awful!

Been looking for you -nothing in Millenium stadium that l can see and nothing else jumping out!However Ken Dodd is in concert-maybe its that ha ha!will keep looking and if notice anything will let you know:j this money saving is such fun:T0

The annual Greggs Children's Cancer Run which takes place in Bute Park is being held the next day with a 10am start. BBC Young Musician of the Year final is at the Millennium Centre 10th-11th May.
Think probably be a lot of young people and their families staying in Cardiff that weekend for this event....0 -
