hi,

i'm looking to make my listings stand out more and wish to use html and maybe flash...

are there any automatic ebay template design programs out there?

    HTML is fine, don't whatever you do add animation or music, it is distracting and will put a lot of bidders off.

    And don't forget all the punters out there still only able to access the internet via dial-up. I can't understand these people who make their listings so bulky it takes ages to load and by then most people will give up and move on to the next "simple" listing and make a purchase.

    If you go into google and type ebay template there are loads to choose from. They also give you the option to copy html code after you've created your page and then simply paste the code into the ebay description.

    Also if you register with www.auctionpix.co.uk there are about 15 templates to choose from, including simple ones which won't load slowly for dial-up users like longdongdave said.
    The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.
