Nobody at MS cares so you're wasting your time writing to them.

When the same thing happened to mines they picked it up repairs it and it was back within a week. However, I get the feeling that any letter/email explaining circumstances to them wouldn't get things done any quicker, and most definetely not by Sunday.

    Unfortunate circumstances I know :-(

  • Mine has been with those fantastic people at Microsoft for 10 days now, and hopefully will be back soon....

I've heard that people who are on their 3rd (4th/5th etc) xbox's are getting a free game as 'compo' but not sure if 3 is the cut off point here. You could send an email/letter to Microsofts head office (are tehy based in Havant, I'm not sure) but I wouldnt expect a *satisfactory* reply (by that I mean for them to send you a new xbox, goody bag, free game and a thousand pounds, as most people would hope for!) but they'll probably just apologise and inform you that your goods are on their way, as good as new!!

I agree that is really isnt good enough, and its not really an option explaining to a child that he cant play his games cos his xbox hasnt been fixed yet, but the 360 is a great games machine, so these are the falls us 360 owners have to deal with. Hope it gets sent back to you soon, I'm missing mine dearly (and I'm 26!! ;) )

I complained to Xbox Support through the website the other day. I got an email back from them saying "Please contact Xbox Support".

MS really do *suck* at support, it seems.

I trhink MS are missing a trick with the xbox. There aren't enough party games for it. Singstar was great in the playstation and the wii shows how popular they can be but MS seem to ignore this.

your better of either writing a letter to the head of xbox in the uk or if there isnt one then head of microsoft for uk, as for an address you could try asking microsoft support if you call them
