    I emailed Hotel Chocolat.

I'd bought an item and whilst the packaging was wonderful, I thought the overall 'experience' (as I called it - very PR!!) was dull and everything tasted very 'samey' (can't remember the exact term I used). I got an email back just saying they were sorry I was disappointed and had passed my comments to the Production department and I guessed that was the end of it.

Anyway, this arrived today with a card saying sorry I was disappointed!

I don't normally give feedback on stuff but as they market themselves as a 'premium' kind of seller and I've bought a few things as gifts etc (always through Quidco ;) ) I thought they would appreciate the comments.

Hello everyone, Lovely and sunny again. Have been really bad and been spending money. Although they are things for the house. I have bought some dye for my loose covers. the first lot are in now. I keep looking at the washer and thinking , oh lord i hope they come out ok. Dye was cheaper than a set of new covers. think a couple of glasses of wine maybe in order. If they dont come out right i wont care. I hope.

I love using dye in the washing machine - I've done it loads of times over the years to put life back into black jeans and tops etc.

It usually comes out fine - the only time it looks a bit odd (but still useable) is if the original item was a number of different colours, so the dye 'takes' in different shades over the colours.

If there is any nylon in the stitching, that normally stays the original colour, but I kind of like that!!

Afternoon all. I'm supposed to be doing this work but I find it much more interesting to be ripping music to media player, finding music videos in Ilike on facebook that doing this work. I just know I'm going to regret it all tomorrow night when I drastically trying to get it all done.

What's everyone's plans for this afternoon?
