Reccomendations needed!

I'm currently with Norwich & Peterborough building society but the hubby and I are looking to open another account with a different bank.
We're both 19 and first time parents who are new to the finanical game so we're a little confused as to what's a good deal and what's not so some reccomendations would be greatly appreciated!
I was thinking of getting a savings account but I'd like to be able to take money out whenever we really need it and put in as little or as much money as we want to(maybe skip a month if needed!).
I'll probably put my earnings from cashback websites and mystery shopping in it to!
Here's what I'm after:
~Good interest rate
~Online banking
~Debit/bank card
~Instant access
FYI - We currently have a £500 ovedraft so hopefully whoever we go with will look the other way with it until I can stop dipping into it and get it paid off!
