Better chance to downgrade a tad and ask for 10p a shot.
Personally I'd be thrilled to fetch up with this enchantingly described property:
€70,000 GLENWANISH, MOUNTSHANNON, CO.CLARE
What was once a house shaped pile of stones, now a wall or two with the rest missing., situated on circa 0.75 acres on quiet rural road in a hilly location about 4km above the village of Mountshannon. Large pleasing hilly views. In an area where planning permission is difficult, the remains of the cottage will likely be a help in getting planning permission for a new dwelling. Possible option of a little more land. Some beautiful trees.Living on Earth can be expensive, but it does include an annual free trip around the Sun.0 -
