Elite Calls - Any use?

Guess that's not suprising that they've changed their name again seeing that Talk Plus are being investigated by Ofcom:

Guess it would be best for everyone to avoid this company as even Lo-rate and Platinum were done by Ofcom too.0 -
Just a quick line about the company Talk plus telecom. DO NOT GO THERE! They have every angle covered. After years with different companies being caught out then changing names and starting up again (I believe Elite, Platinum are but 2) their terms and conditions are bullet proof. I have like many fallen for their promise of cheap telephone calls but beware of men on phones. Read the small and I mean the very small print very, very carefully. You are tied into a contract for 60 months and yes things look fine for the first year but overall you may not save a penny for a bad service and it costs £400 plus vat to pull out. I feel cheated. Rang Ofcom but they say hard luck read the small print.0

Avoid Elite Calls and their various different guises like the plaque.
I am currently taking them to OfCom.
I received no terms and conditions (until last week) let alone a contract to sign, so never had the opportunity to read the small, small, small print. Was unaware I was tied in with them for five years.
They are trying to get £400 from me due to break of contract. They have threatened to remove my phone line and number EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE ACTUALLY OWNED BY BT.0 -
