Lloyds TSB monthly savers acc

Looking at the articles about regular savers accounts on this site i see that Martin has stated that the Lloyds TSB mothly savers account interest is at 8%. When i click on the link it states that it is 4.55%, Am i missing something or has this site just not been updated. If that is the case what regular savings accounts are now top of the list?

The interest rate of that account has changed for new customers. Article on the site probably needs updating!0
