BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!!!!!!
I joined this site weeks ago and got £21 sign up bonus. I won several times and the Chat Room Moderators said that if i deposit £10 and use that £10 on tickets i can withdraw. Tried to withdraw £20 of my winnings and it was refused. Contacted live help - somebody called UMA - really dot think she was capable of her job as she left me waiting 20 minutes before answering. Was told i had to deposit £95 before i could withdraw. Told her that it was not the info i was given from CM's - she didnt reply. Waited 10 minutes again she didnt reply. Asked if she still there she said yes blah blah blah - lord knows wot she was doing but she just ignored me constantly. Ended up asking in Chat room and CM told me to shut up and not to cause trouble - got barred from chat room for nothing. Rang them and demanded my deposit money back. They did that refund in the end but took all my winnings off me - contect Live help again and was totally ignored my UMA yet again. Was told to put in complaint but that was also ignored.
Friend of mine joined up and only allowed her to withdraw £10 of £55 winnings. Told her she had to spend over £200
A complete rip off site so please beware !!!!1
Dont doeposit dont take up the offer cos you wont get your money back unless u deposit loads of money0 -
Right okay, here's the problem.
I signed up, deposited at least £10 as advised by mamazaac (I deposited £20). Got the 100% sign up deposit bonus of £20. Played a few games, got myself upto £50, tried to withdraw the full £50 and it advised that I was not allowed to.
Tried to withdraw £30 instead (£10 profit) and it allowed me.
Come back on this morning and noticed that they have cancelled my 'pending withdrawal'.
Spoke to an advisor on the live chat who advised they cancelled as 'You have a wagering requirement'. I asked how much this was and they advised '£600 on non-progressive slots'.
They have already taken away my free £21 bonus because I tried to withdraw.
Now I have just asked to withdraw my 'deposited £20' and they are advising I am not allowed to do this!!!!
chatoperator3: Carmen : At the moment the withdrawal was declined the sum was 600 pounds. So this is your present requirement.Player17: Okay, can I just withdraw however much I have deposted then?
chatoperator3: Carmen : I am sorry but you have played with bonuses and you need to meet the requirement first.
Player17: I stilll have my £20 left that I originally deposited so I would now like to withdraw the money that is still rightfully mine.
Player17: As I have only played with the 'bonus' money so far I have not used my deposited £20 and under the terms and conditions there is nowhere to state I am unable to withdraw and 'deposited money'.
Player17: It just mentions the wagering requirements to withdraw any 'bonus money'
I am still awaiting a response from the above chat after 15 minutes!0 -

I would give up my friend - they will not reply to you - they are the most ignorant company i have ever come accross - unbelievably unhelpful and full of deceit. Take ya money and run0 -
Stand up for your rights and tell them to reset the account with any winnings or bonus - tell them you want your money back or you will take the matter further and contact your bank 1st thing monday morning - they will then email the finance section who will in turn email you and tell you they given you your money back - thats wot i did !!!! only way to get your money back0

I'm still trying to get my money back from them!
However, they have now said I can withdraw my original deposit of £20 but only if I send them a scan of the front and back of my credit card, and something with my name and address on.
Does this sound dodgy?0 -
This is quite common practice - is to do with Money Laundering rules introduced a few months ago. Before you send the email, edit the scan to delete your credit card number on the front and security code on the back to be safe.barrettefc wrote: »I'm still trying to get my money back from them!
