boy am i confused now!
played £10 thru won bout £40 i think it was and tried to withdraw............ waited and waited for an email verification code to allow me to withdraw.... eventually rang them and they gave me a code so i entered it and waited 3 days for the money to go in my account and finally recieved the following...
"You haven't yet fulfilled the wagering requirements in order to withdraw the bonus money.
To be eligible to withdraw any bonus money from your account you must wager 8 times the bonus amount by purchasing bingo cards.
Please refer to the terms and conditions at https://www.blackpoolclub.co.uk for more information."
Best regards,
The Blackpool Club Bingo team
The bonus was £21, i must have deposited about £40 into it now. does this message mean i have to deposit and play thru 8 x£21???? before i can cash in??
cos originally i thought it was play 10 quid through and the 21 quid bonus then withdraw??
i have emailed them of course but they havent replied of course0 -
They must have changed the rules, I didnt sign up sounded like a hastle and too much trouble and thought there would be problems like this, if you signed up at the origonal date when I copied and pasted the rules the rules of the time should apply and youve got a valid complaint and a copy of the rules as they were here!0

Although the T&Cs of this offer do say:-
These bonuses are subject to the following rules:- Players cannot withdraw any bonuses until they fulfill the wagering requirements.
- To fulfill wagering requirements, players must buy Blackpool Club bingo cards to the value of 8 times the bonus received. Withdrawal of funds will then be enabled.
- In order for the withdrawal to be processed, players must be depositors.
- Players must play out at least £21 by purchasing bingo cards before their withdrawal will be processed.
- wagering requierments apply for bonuses only and not deposits or winnings.
- Players who have deposited into their BlackPoolClub Bingo account prior to winning are not subject to these additional Signup Bonus terms.
I will keep you posted as to whether this works.....0 -
Ok, have signed up via freefivers, got the £21 bonus credited to my account, then deposited £10, then played £10.20 worth of games (30p each so couldn't play £10 exactly). In the bottom corner of the screen are two boxes - one says 'current' and one says 'bonus'. Before I deposited my £10 there was 0.00 balance under 'current' and £21 under 'bonus' - strangely after depositing £10, it changed to £31 under 'current' and only £20 under 'bonus'. As my deposit added to my bonus was £31, this implied that 'current' denotes the cash balance plus your bonus balance. Anyway, when I had finished playing my £10.20 (unfortunately no winnings), in 'current' it said £20.80 (which I would have expected (31-10.20) and in 'bonus' still £20. I then went to withdrawals and requested a withdrawal of £20.80. This appeared to accept but in my transaction history does show the status as 'waiting', so still not sure if this is going to work. The weird thing is that, whilst I would now expect both the 'current' and 'bonus' amounts to show as zero, my bonus amount shows as £9.60! Not sure what's going on, but if it accepts my withdrawal request, might deposit again to see if this £9.60 gets added onto my 'current' again and whether it then lets me withdraw that without buying any more tickets.0

BTW after registration I was given the option of either "downloading bingo" or "instant play bingo". I contacted live chat because I wanted to make sure that I would get my bonus whichever option I chose and I was told that by using the flash version (which is apparently the "instant play bingo") I would have problems withdrawing. I see earlier in this thread that people have had problems withdrawing sometimes so maybe those people used the "instant play bingo" option. I therefore recommend that new users choose the "downloadable" option - after all once you have finished using them it is easy enough to delete it again.0

I have registered a hotmail email address with them and when I requested a 'verification' code to withdraw my winnings they are advising that i sign up with googlemail to recieve the verification email.
I don't want to do this and they are refusing to let me withdraw my winnings unless I sign up with googlemail.0 -

When given the choice of downloading the bingo or playing the instant game, did you choose the instant game? If so, download instead (I think you have the option to do this even after having done the instant version first) and then go via the cashier link you get when you click the icon on your desktop and see if that works.0 -
Like FieryBlondeScot, I went through freefivers as I have been stuck on £7.50 with them. Deposited £10 and won £24. Withdrew that then applied for my £21 bonus. Played £24 in total and have tried to withdrew. Will find out if successful or not.
Also, if you do download software, use system restore on computer before installing. That way, after you've finished you can restore computer to how it was before bingo was put on and it will remove all traces of it.Total Debts: £1,500
Total Cashback Received: £3,965.21:beer:0
