All depends on the circumstances etc
They may be entirely acceptable but we cant tell from what your saying
why hasnt your refund gone through?
And the FSA, Watchdog and ML can do !!!!!! all if its your fault, which it could well be0 -
I've never had a problem with them, they've always been great with me. A refund of mine came through within only a couple of days, when they said it would take 14!0

This post is really unhelpful to be honest and from the sounds of it the blame lies entirely with you.0 -
Changing insurer mid term is rarely a wise thing to do.
Maybe they are holding your refund until you return the policy documents? Have they given you a reason why they havent refunded you?
You cannot complain to the FSA. They do not review individual complaints.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
