I would say it's fair to call him a moron I would suggest this is what they are supposed to do. The reason for having limits is for fraud prevention etc and if you can bypass that by doing however many times £15k then the limit is pointless and may as well be removed.
So would I, this is the customers money, not the banks, if a customer cannot access it on demand, it is a bad show.0 -
you'd have to do it via CHAPS and pay for them to do that if you want to zap >10k. Or get a building society cheque (i think thems be free)0
