Advantage Gold

I had a natwest current account with a £2,000 overdraft. One day i went to the bank and my overdraft had gone-natwest said i could have it back but only if i took advantage gold.
I've since been payign £13 a month plus interest for what was once a free facility. I'm cheesed off and have switched accounts today but can i get the advantage gold charges back?

Afraid not, they are a service which you agreed too (albeit reluctantly, maybe)rosslad570 wrote: »

It is misselling (in terms of merely telling you one benefit and not the rest of them) but you have agreed to the account which is £12 a month, excluding interest you pay for the account. If you have had it for some time then you should have queried it earlier I am afraid.0
